Bamboo Cheese Board Set
Thoroughly wash board and utensilswith hot water and soap prior tofirst use. Do not submerge your board in water or place in a dishwasherto clean. Clean board after usewith hot water and a small amountof soap, wipe dry and prop board on its side with utensil drawe open to air dry thoroughly. Avoid getting water inside utensil drawer when washing. Oil your board regularly with food-grade mineral oil, butcherblock oil or flax seed oil.
